Honestly, are you really going to pack?

  • You choose what’s best for you. Book each service for different dates or schedule both crews to arrive at the same time.

  • closet by style or color to setting up your kitchen for easy access, we’ll get your unpacking done in hours. There’s no need to spend weeks doing it yourself. Move in and relax.

  • Customer are responsible for providing the supplies.

  • We keep pricing simple and transparent. Choose the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, and we’ll provide a flat rate and a set number of man-hours for your cleaning. We clean based on your priorities, so the tasks included in the checklist will guide what you can expect to be completed. If additional time is needed, you can extend the service by up to an hour and a half for an additional fee.

  • The number of crew members sent to your home depends on the scope of the work and our availability. For larger jobs or tight schedules, we may send more crew members to ensure the work is completed efficiently.

  • Yes, our company is licensed and bonded and our technicians are trained and background-checked.

    • If one cleaner is assigned, they will work for three hours.

    • If two cleaners are assigned, they will work for one and a half hours each.
      The total amount of cleaning time remains the same, regardless of the number of team members.

  • We want you to love your clean! If any area was not cleaned to your satisfaction within the allotted time, our cleaner will reclean that area. To ensure you’re happy, we ask that you conduct a walk-through with the cleaner before they leave. This way, any concerns can be addressed on the spot.

  • Absolutely! We offer add-ons like green cleaning products, fridge cleaning, and services for your pets to make your experience exactly what you need. You can tailor your service by choosing the tasks that matter most to you.

  • The time needed depends on the size of your home and what you need packed. You can chat with one of our agents for a free estimate and personalized suggestions. Please note, a minimum of two hours is required to book.

  • If the crew finishes their packing tasks early, they are expected to use the remaining time wisely.
    Per company policy, the crew never leaves early. If packing is completed before the scheduled hours are up, they will:

    • Organize packed boxes by room

    • Clean their workstations

    • Break down used boxes

    • Discard empty boxes and packing materials in the garbage
